Where specialist evidence is required to support your application, such as reports on ecology, flood risk, highways and traffic requirements or tree surveys, we arrange the appropriate documentation from reliable third party consultants, with whom we work regularly. We obtain the most cost effective solution for you and ensure they meet the expectations and requirements of the planning application.

SPLS can also lead on council briefings and representation at committee meetings if required as part of the planning application and we are very experienced at negotiating planning contributions whether this is by means of a Unilateral Undertaking or S.106 legal agreement.
